Blood Donation & Organ Donation Pledge

Date: 19-05-2019 (Wesak Day)
Time: 9am to 1pm
Venue: Mudita Room

Preparation before blood donation:

1. Drink enough water
2. Sleep at least 5 hours
3. No solid food taking 4 hours before blood donation
4. Body weight must above 45kg
5. You are healthy, not sick
6. Bring along your identity card.
