6-Day Vipassana Meditation Retreat (7 – 12 July 2026)

MBMC warmly invites Dhamma friends and yogis to join the 6-Day Vipassana Meditation Retreat under the guidance of Nayaka Sayadaw Pannananda. Through Vipassana Bhavana, practitioners will cultivate mindfulness, clear awareness, and insight into the changing nature of body and mind, gradually deepening their understanding of impermanence, suffering, and non-self.

MBMC 诚邀各位佛友与禅修者参加6日内观禅修营，由 Nayaka Sayadaw Pannananda 指导。透过内观禅修，学习如实觉察身心的生灭变化，培养正念、定力与智慧，逐步深入体会无常、苦、无我。

📌 Important Notes 重要事项： Accepted yogis will be notified by email and are required to check in before 5pm on 6 July 2026, and check out before 5pm on 12 July 2026. Priority will be given to applicants who can join the full retreat and communicate with the teacher in English.

获录取者将通过电邮收到通知，并须于 2026年7月6日 下午5时前报到，并于 2026年7月12日 下午5时前退房。优先考虑可全程参加静修，并能以英语与导师沟通的申请者。
